In an informal atmosphere and with a spectacular garden terrace, Federico Filippetti reconverts the minimalist heritage of Haiku Tast to a gastronomy inspired by the Californian cuisine of the 70s and with fresh local ingredients grown in a sustainable way at Cuna Farm. Thus, it offers a food that respects the integrity of the products grown for their flavor. Everything is structured around an impressive clay oven designed and created by Filippetti himself.
